  1.                       TROPICAL CARROT CAKE

  4. 1 c. sugar
  5. 1 c. oil
  6. 4 eggs
  7. 3 c. grated carrots
  8. 1/2 c. walnuts
  9. 1/2 c. chopped pineapple, drained
  10. 1/4 c. pineapple juice
  11. 1/2 c. coconut
  12. 2 c. flour
  13. 2 t. soda
  14. 2 t. cinnamon
  15. 2 t. baking powder
  16. 1 t. salt

  18.           Cream sugar and oil.  Add eggs one at a time.  Add
  19. remaining ingredients.  Bake in 9 x 13 at 350 degrees for 40
  20. minutes.
